    摘要: Disclosed is an anti-spillage structure arranged on two components which are connected together by vibration friction welding. The two components comprise a base plate, the anti-spillage structure is provided with a main welding rib and a material-blocking plate, the main welding rib and the material-blocking plate are arranged on the same component or the main welding rib and the material-blocking plate are respectively arranged on the two components. An auxiliary welding rib is arranged at the top end of the material-blocking plate, when the two components are welded to each other, the base plate, the main welding rib, the material-blocking plate and the auxiliary welding rib enclose a spillage cavity, such that the spillage of the main welding rib generated in the welding process is fully accommodated in the spillage cavity. The anti-spillage structure of the present invention effectively improves spillage in the case of the manufacturing difficulty not being increased, and at the same time, solving the problem of dirt being contained that is generated at a conventional welding material-blocking edge.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a valve with a hinged valve core. The valve comprises a valve body, a valve core, an operating mechanism, a motion-transferring device and a locking device. The valve body is a housing. The housing is formed with a operating hole used to partially accommodate the operating mechanism and a channel having an inlet and an outlet. The valve core is connected with the valve body through a hinge. The operating mechanism is used to operate the valve core to be rotated around the central axis of the hinge to open/close the valve. The motion-transferring device is used to transfer actions on the operating mechanism to the valve core, and when the valve is closed or open, the valve core is locked on the valve body through the locking device. The valve of the present invention has a compact structure, is easy to operate, requires a small torque for opening and allows a large flow when opened.

The locking mechanism comprises buckles (6), return members (7), recesses (8), openings (11), and locking holes (10). The recesses (8) and the openings (11) are located in the edge of the lid (1), and the locking holes (10) are located in the side boards (2). Each of the buckles consists of a buckle body and a tongue (61) extending out from the buckle body. The return members (7) can enable the buckles (6) to be kept in a locked position. The recesses (8) are used for accommodating the buckle bodies. Two pairs of limit structures are disposed on the buckles (6) and in the edge recesses (8) of the lid (1). When the locking mechanism locks, the pair of limit structures (13, 66) on the buckles (6) and the lid (1) are in a fitted state to limit the buckles (6). The tongue (61) penetrates through the opening (11) at the edge of the lid (1) and is fastened into the locking hole (10) in the side board (2). When the locking mechanism is in an unlocked state, the other pair of limit structures (16, 63) on the buckles (6) and the lid (1) are in a fitted sate to limit the buckles (6), and the tongue (61) exits from the locking hole (10) in the side board (2).

    摘要: This invention discloses a collapsible container, comprising a base and two pairs of opposite side walls. The side walls are provided with one or more movable portions extending from the bottom of the side walls. The base is provided with one or more opening pockets, wherein the side walls are disposed in the corresponding opening pockets on the base via the movable portions. A hinge device is provided between the movable portions and the opening pockets. The hinge device comprises: hinge holes provided in the movable portions of the side walls; a guiding device provided in the opening pockets of the base; and a connecter provided with hinge pins and a sliding device to be engaged with the guiding device. The sliding device of the connecter is movable up and down in vertical direction along the guiding device in the opening pockets. The hinge pins are disposed in the hinge holes and are rotable around the hinge pins. When folded, the side walls of the collapsible container according to this invention will not inclined relative to the base. In addition, the collapsible container of the invention can be detached or folded in any consequences without tool.

    摘要: The present invention discloses an intermediate bulk container (IBC) and a valve opening/closing device therefor. The container comprises a base, side plates, and a valve installed at the bottom of the container. The valve opening/closing device comprises a handle, a motion-transferring device and a valve opening/closing mechanism. The handle is installed at the side plate and is connected with the motion-transferring device. The motion-transferring device is at least partially located in the cavity between two sidewalls of the side plate of the container or at least partially located in the groove provided on the side plate, and is used to transfer the actions acting on the handle to the valve opening/closing mechanism to open/close the valve. According to the valve opening/closing device of the present invention, the operating handle is provided at an appropriate position of the side plate of the container, and the motion-transferring device is located between two sidewalls of the side plate or located in the groove provided on the side plate, thereby avoiding bending over or squatting on the ground while opening/closing. Further, the overall volume ratio will not be affected, and the folding level will not be increased when the folding the intermediate bulk container.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a retractable handle assembly, a valve using same and IBC. The retractable handle assembly is used in a valve of IBC. The valve comprises a valve body, a valve core, and a valve stem. The valve stem is used to drive the valve core to move so as to open/close the valve. The handle of the handle assembly is connected to the valve stem and can be rotated around the central rotating axis of the valve stem. When the valve needs to be opened/closed, the handle can be rotated around the central rotating axis to a deployed state to open/close the valve. The handle is rotated around the central rotating axis to a retracted state so as to reduce the space occupied by the valve for the valve to be welded to the liner bag or installed to IBC. In the handle assembly of the present invention, the handle can be switched between a deployed state and a retracted state. When the handle is in the retracted state, the space occupied by the handle is quite small, and thus, the handle will not produce bad influence when wielding the valve to the liner bag of IBC. Moreover, after the handle is retracted it will not be easily damaged.
