摘要: A terminal apparatus of the present invention receives setting of an initial DL BWP by using an RRC message, the setting of the initial DL BWP comprises setting a first parameter and a second parameter of a CORESET #0, a value of an identifier of the CORESET #0 is 0, the first parameter represents the size of the CORESET #0, and the second parameter represents the size of the initial DL BWP. The terminal apparatus of the present invention receives a DCI format that schedules a PDSCH in an active DL BWP, and identifies, based on a field in the DCI format, a resource block set to which the PDSCH is allocated. A value of the field is determined based on the size of the DL BWP, the start resource block, and the number of consecutively allocated resource blocks. The size of the DCI format in a USS is determined based on the size of the CORESET #0, and when the field is applied to the active DL BWP, the size of the DL BWP is the size of the CORESET #0.

In a case that the radio link failure for the group is considered to be detected and that the first timer is running under the specific condition, the processing unit suspends transmission of all of radio bearers in the group, and resets the MAC entity of the group.
