Abstract: A bicycle operating device comprises a base member and an operating member. The base member is configured to be mounted to a bicycle handlebar. The operating member is movably coupled to the base member. The base member includes a first arrangement part to which at least one of a first operating structure and a first cover structure is arrangeable. The base member includes a second arrangement part to which at least one of a second operating structure and a second cover structure is arrangeable.
