Abstract:
A method for producing a rotor vane (10) for a turbomachine, including producing a rough casting, the heel of which has a downstream lip (121) with a transverse increased thickness (130) such that the lip has an upstream surface (134) substantially parallel to an axis The method further includes machining said increased thickness so that the downstream lip has an upstream surface (138) inclined in relation to the axis.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for producing a rotor vane (10) for a turbomachine, comprising a step consisting in producing a rough casting, the heel of which has a downstream lip (121) with a transverse increased thickness (130) such that the lip has an upstream surface (134) substantially parallel to the above-mentioned axis, said method comprising an additional step of machining said increased thickness so that the downstream lip has an upstream surface (138) inclined in relation to the above-mentioned axis.

Abstract:
The invention concerns a fixed flow distribution blading (10) in a turbomachine, comprising two coaxial annular platforms that are internal (12) and external respectively, linked to each other by a plurality of radial blades (11), in which the internal annular platform (12) comprises an annular radial partition (120) and a blade support ring (121) extending to each side of an outer radial end of said partition (120), the blading (10) further comprising an annular sealing plate (20) mounted on the internal annular platform (12), on the upstream side of the radial partition relative to an airflow in the blading, the blading (10) being characterised in that the sealing plate (20) is mounted on the blade support ring (121), and in that it comprises a circumferential groove. The invention also concerns a method for producing such a blading and a turbomachine comprising such a blading.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a fixed diffuser vanes assembly (10) for guiding flow through a turbomachine, comprising an internal annular platform (12) and a plurality of fixed vanes (11) which are mounted on this platform, the internal platform comprising a support plate (121) forming the base of said vanes, a radial annular partition (120) extending from the support plate toward an axis of the vanes assembly, and an internal ring (122) attached to the radial annular partition and having an internal surface on which an abradable material (123) is arranged, the vanes assembly being characterized in that the internal ring comprises at least one cut-out (1223) delimiting a tongue (1226), the tongue being bent to press against the radial annular partition (120). The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing such a vanes assembly and to a turbomachine incorporating such vanes.

Abstract:
A turbine engine blade includes an airfoil connected by a platform to a middle radial wall extending axially and prolonged radially inwards by a blade root that is mountable in a slot of a disk, and the platform and the middle radial wall defining two lateral cavities situated on either side of the middle radial wall and opening out circumferentially to receive scaling members. The cavities are open downstream with two fins projecting on either side of the middle radial wall at downstream end of the middle radial wall, the fins coming to bear against two adjacent teeth of the disk between which the slot is formed. The downstream end of the middle radial wall includes a setback extending between at least one rib of the platform and the fins.
