Abstract: The invention pertains to an insulating assembly part for an electrochemical cell comprising one or more fluoropolymers, said fluoropolymers comprising —87-99% by moles of recurring units derived from tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) —1-13% by moles of recurring units derived from perfluoro methyl vinyl ether (PMVE) —0-3% by moles of recurring units derived from perfluoropropyl vinyl ether (PPVE) and having a melt flow rate (MFR) of from 40 to 300 g/10 min (measured at 372° C. under a 5 kg load).
