Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a new and improved information processing device and information processing method capable of reducing user's uncomfortable feeling upon changing an image displayed in a three-dimensional virtual space. According to the present disclosure, there is provided an information processing device including a control unit that performs control to display, with a user's first-person viewpoint, a three-dimensional virtual space where a viewed target image is arranged to change the viewed target image while fixing a peripheral image of the viewed target image. The viewed target image is a target to be viewed by a user.
