Abstract: A moving apparatus that performs control to stop the moving apparatus at a position close to a user and to rotate the moving apparatus at a stop position, thereby making it easy to take out a product carried on the apparatus. The moving apparatus includes a control unit that executes traveling control of the moving apparatus, an upper unit that has an article storage unit, and a lower unit that houses a drive unit, in which the control unit inputs detection information of a sensor, and executes control to stop the moving apparatus at a position close to a user and rotate the moving apparatus at a stop position on the basis of input sensor detection information. The control unit performs display control of a traveling route recognition display line indicating a traveling route of the moving apparatus.

Abstract: There is provided a moving apparatus which includes a control unit that executes traveling control of the moving apparatus, an upper unit that has an article storage unit, and a lower unit that houses the control unit and a drive unit. The upper unit has an upper sensor that detects an obstacle in surroundings at a position of at least one of an upper surface or a lower surface position, and the lower unit has a lower sensor that detects an obstacle in a proximity area of a traveling surface of the moving apparatus. The control unit inputs sensor detection information, detects an obstacle in surroundings of the moving apparatus, executes traveling control to avoid contact with the obstacle, and performs control to display a traveling route recognition display line that indicates a traveling route of the moving apparatus.

Abstract: Mobile devices, control systems and programs are disclosed. In one example, a mobile device performs different processing when an approaching object is a human. The mobile device includes a control unit that performs traveling control. It receives input detection information of a sensor on the mobile device and uses that to determine whether an approaching object is a human. In the case where the control unit determines that the object is a human, the mobile device stops after setting an article mounted in the mobile device in a direction of being visible to the human. In the case where the control unit determines that the object is not a human, the control unit stops or backs the mobile device or changes a traveling direction of the mobile device so as to avoid collision with the object.
