Abstract: [Problem] Provided are a radio unit, a management device, and a communication control method that enable a company such as a microoperator to easily introduce a local network using a mobile communication system such as 5G. [Solution] A radio unit of the present disclosure is a radio unit belonging to a local network domain, and includes a communication processing unit that connects to a first distributed unit and performs first communication between the first distributed unit and a terminal device, and connects to a second distributed unit belonging to a public network domain and performs second communication between the second distributed unit and the terminal device or another terminal device.
