Abstract: The present technology relates to a signal processing apparatus, a signal processing method, and a program that can realize cost reduction in recognition processing using a plurality of frames. Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a program, an image processing apparatus, and an image processing method capable of appropriately synchronizing movements of a plurality of dancers with music in a video in which the plurality of dancers dances. In a video in which a plurality of dancers dances, an action of a main dancer is synchronized with music, and the action of the main dancer synchronized with the music is synchronized with an operation of a sub-dancer, so that an image in which the sub-dancer is synchronized with the action of the main dancer is generated. This can be applied to video editing software.
