摘要: Various methods and systems for tracking incomplete purchases in correlation with application performance, such as application errors or crashes, are provided. In this regard, aspects of the invention facilitate monitoring transaction and application error events and analyzing data associated therewith to identify data indicating an impact of incomplete purchases in relation to an error(s) such that application performance can be improved. In various implementations, application data associated with an application installed on a mobile device is received. The application data is used to determine that an error that occurred in association with the application installed on the mobile device correlates with an incomplete monetary transaction initiated via the application. Based on the error correlating with the incomplete monetary transaction, a transaction attribute associated with the error is determined.

摘要: A stack trace associated with an application program is received and at least one recognizable term is searched for in the stack trace. A digital signature is generated from at least a portion of the stack trace that includes the at least one recognizable term. If the digital signature matches a known digital signature among a plurality of known digital signatures, the stack trace is grouped with other stack traces associated with the known digital signature. Method call graphs in grouped stack traces may be analyzed to determine common pathways leading to an error.

摘要: Various methods and systems for facilitating network traffic monitoring in association with an application running on a client device are provided. In this regard, aspects of the invention facilitate monitoring network traffic being transmitted to and/or from a client device, such as a mobile device, so that network performance can be analyzed. In various implementations, one or more default classes associated with an application on a device are replaced with one or more custom monitoring classes designed to facilitate monitoring data packets being communicated to or from the application. The custom monitoring classes can then be utilized to facilitate monitoring a plurality of data packets communicated to or from the application.

In this regard, aspects of the invention facilitate monitoring network traffic being transmitted to and/or from a client device, such as a mobile device, so that network performance can be analyzed. In various implementations, packet headers of data packets are read to obtain or extract desired network metrics that indicate network performance. Packet headers are generally read to the extent necessary to identify various network data. As such, by avoiding examination of a packet payload and, in some cases, examination of the entire header, the efficiency of monitoring network traffic at a client device is improved.
