Abstract: A device for removing the internal parts from slaughtered poultry, comprising a supporting plate, a spatula and a rockable spoon the latter two to be moved into, and out of, the bird to loosen the internal parts and to withdraw them, said means being connected by brackets which are pivotally supported in a frame.
