    Abstract: This application provides a detection method of a laser detection apparatus and the laser detection apparatus, where the detection method includes: controlling two lasers with different emission power respectively to emit triangular wave signals with different sweep slopes and in opposite sweep directions to the target object in the same sweep period; then receiving local oscillator signals; and further based on a magnitude relationship of the power of the two lasers, a value of the sweep slope, and frequency of the local oscillator signals and the beat frequency signal of the corresponding echo signal, determining a moving direction and a speed of the target object.
