Abstract: A display device includes a first substrate including a first emission area and a second emission area; a first light emitting element overlapping the first emission area and a second light emitting element overlapping the second emission area; a light transmitting layer disposed on the first light emitting element; a first wavelength conversion layer disposed on the second light emitting element; a capping layer disposed on the light transmitting layer and the first wavelength conversion layer; a low refractive layer disposed on the capping layer; and a second substrate disposed on the low refractive layer, wherein the capping layer includes a first surface facing the low refractive layer and a second surface opposite to the first surface, in the first emission area, the second surface of the capping layer includes a capping concave-convex pattern, and in the second emission area, the second surface of the capping layer is substantially flat.
