Abstract: Disclosed is a display device which includes a first substrate including a fan-out wiring part, a second substrate facing the first substrate, and a sealant coupling the first and second substrates. The fan-out wiring part includes first and second fan-out lines, first and second connecting lines. The first fan-out line is disposed in a non-sealing area and includes a first gate wiring layer and a third gate wiring layer. The second fan-out line is disposed in the non-sealing area and includes a second gate wiring layer having a lower sheet resistance. The first connecting line is disposed in a sealing area and connected to the first fan-out line. The second connecting line is disposed in the sealing area and connected to the second fan-out line. Each of the first and second connecting lines includes one of the first and third gate wiring layers.

Abstract: A display device includes: pixel circuits defining pixel circuit rows each extending in a first direction and pixel circuit columns each extending in a second direction crossing the first direction; active patterns disposed to correspond to the pixel circuits, respectively; a horizontal diode initialization voltage line which transmits a diode initialization voltage and extends in the first direction; and a vertical diode initialization voltage line extending in the second direction and connected to the horizontal diode initialization voltage line. Each of the active patterns includes first and second diode initialization active regions to which the diode initialization voltage is applied. First active patterns of the plurality of the active patterns corresponding to one of the pixel circuit rows are connected to each other. A first end of one of the first and second diode initialization active regions contact the vertical diode initialization voltage line.

Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel; a first light emitting driving circuit to provide first emission signals; and a second light emitting driving circuit to provide second emission signals. The display panel includes: a plurality of pixels, each including a first light emitting element and a second light emitting element; and a light control pattern overlapping with the second light emitting element of each of the plurality of pixels in a plan view. Each of the plurality of pixels is to emit light through the first light emitting element when a corresponding first emission signal is at an active level, and emit light through the second light emitting element when a corresponding second emission signal is at the active level. A part of the first emission signals and the second emission signals remains at an inactive level during at least one frame based on an operating mode.
