    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate, a light emitting device disposed on the substrate, a first layer disposed on the light emitting device, a high refractive index layer disposed on the first layer and overlapping the light emitting device, and a low refractive index layer disposed on the first layer and having a lower refractive index than the high refractive index layer, wherein a side surface of the high refractive index layer and a side surface of the low refractive index layer are in contact with each other, and to form an inclined surface, and an angle of the inclined surface is in a range of about 45 to about 80 degrees.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display module and a window module. The display module includes a base layer, a light emitting element layer that is on the base layer and includes a light emitting element, an encapsulation layer on the light emitting element layer, and a color filter layer on the encapsulation layer. The light emitting element includes a first electrode, a second electrode that is on the first electrode and includes transparent conductive metal oxide, and a light emitting layer between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a distance between the first electrode and the second electrode is a primary resonance distance for light emitted from the light emitting layer. The encapsulation layer includes a single first inorganic layer directly on the light emitting element layer, an organic layer on the first inorganic layer, and a second inorganic layer on the organic layer.
