    Abstract: A display device includes: a substrate; and a semiconductor layer including a driving transistor and a fourth transistor on the substrate, wherein a first electrode of the driving transistor is connected to a driving voltage line to receive a driving voltage, a first electrode of the fourth transistor is connected to a first initialization voltage line to receive a first initialization voltage, a second electrode of the fourth transistor is connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor, a low doping region is between a channel of the fourth transistor and the first electrode of the fourth transistor, and a low doping region is not between the channel of the further transistor and the second electrode of the fourth transistor.

    Abstract: A display panel includes a base layer including a boundary area and a pixel area, a pixel circuit that overlaps the pixel area, a plurality of insulating layers which includes at least a first insulating layer and in which an opening overlapping the boundary area is defined, a first signal line that is disposed on the first insulating layer and that overlaps the boundary area and the pixel area, an organic layer including a first portion that fills the opening, and a light-emitting element disposed over the plurality of insulating layers and electrically connected to the pixel circuit. The opening includes a first area that overlaps the first signal line and has a first depth and a second area having a second depth greater than the first depth.

    Abstract: A display device includes a support plate including first to third regions, and a display panel divided into first to third display regions overlapping the first to third regions, and including light emitting elements (LEs) and pixel circuits (PCs). The second display region includes a first partial region in which first and second PCs, and a first LE are disposed, and a second partial region in which a second LE is disposed. The third display region includes a third partial region in which third and fourth PCs, and a third LE are disposed to overlap a first support portion of the third region, and a fourth partial region in which a fourth LE is disposed to overlap each opening in the third region. A first separation distance between the second PC and the second LE is less than a second separation distance between the fourth PC and the fourth LE.
