Abstract: A viewing angle adjustment panel includes an organic film including a plurality of openings, and a liquid crystal layer located in the plurality of openings. The liquid crystal layer includes liquid crystal molecules and a dye, the liquid crystal molecules and the dye are oriented in a direction, and the viewing angle of the light that is oriented and passes through the liquid crystal layer is adjusted.
