Abstract: A display device includes a light guide plate including an inorganic material. A lower chassis includes a bottom portion, which overlaps with the light guide plate, a first sidewall, which faces a first side surface of the light guide plate, and a second sidewall, which extends from the bottom portion and faces a second side surface of the light guide plate. A light source is disposed on the first sidewall and faces the first side surface. A display panel structure is disposed on the light guide plate and is coupled to the lower chassis via a first panel coupling member. The display panel structure includes a display panel. A first buffer member is disposed between the second sidewall and the second side surface. A first reflective member is disposed between the first buffer member and the second side surface.
