Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a flat portion and a bending portion bent from the flat portion and a protective film disposed under the display panel to overlap the flat and bending portions. The bending portion includes a first bending portion extending from a first side of the flat portion and bent with a first curvature about a first bending axis and a second bending portion extending from a second side of the flat portion and bent with a second curvature about a second bending axis. The protective film includes first patterns extending in a direction parallel to the first bending axis to overlap the first bending portion and second patterns extending in a direction parallel to the second bending axis to overlap the second bending portion. A number of the first patterns and a number of the second patterns differs from each other.
