An atomic ratio of nitrogen to silicon (N/Si ratio) in the organic-inorganic hybrid layer is greater than an atomic ratio of nitrogen to silicon (N/Si ratio) in the first inorganic encapsulation layer and an atomic ratio of nitrogen to silicon (N/Si ratio) in the third inorganic encapsulation layer.
