Abstract: A pixel capable of improving display quality may include an organic light emitting diode, a first transistor configured to control, in response to a voltage of a first node, current flowing from a first driving power source to a second driving power source via the organic light emitting diode, a second transistor coupled between the first node and a second electrode of the first transistor, and configured to be turned on when a scan signal is supplied to a scan line, a storage capacitor coupled between an initialization power source and the first node, a first capacitor coupled between the second electrode of the first transistor and a data line, and a second capacitor coupled between the first node and the second electrode of the first transistor. A display including such pixels also is disclosed.

Abstract: An organic electroluminescent display is disclosed. The organic electroluminescent display includes a substrate having a pixel region and a non-pixel region, a first electrode disposed on the pixel region, an organic light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode and capable of generating light, a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer and including a conductive material capable of reflecting light, a pixel defining layer disposed on the non-pixel region, and a bump disposed on the pixel region and capable of reflecting light to the substrate. The pixel region may include multiple pixel regions defined in the substrate. The bump may include multiple bumps. At least two bumps may have thicknesses different from each other.
