Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, a shielding layer which is disposed at a lower end of the display panel and includes a plurality of alignment marks, and a printed circuit board which is aligned on the shielding layer, based on the plurality of alignment marks, and contacts at least a portion of the shielding layer. The shielding layer includes conductive members electrically connecting the printed circuit board and the shielding layer.
