Abstract: An electronic device includes a display panel, a circuit board, on which at least one component is mounted and connected to the display panel, and a cover portion coupled to the circuit board and shield the at least one component. The cover portion includes a coupling portion that protrudes, the circuit board includes a receiving portion coupled to the coupling portion, and the coupling portion is accommodated in the receiving portion.
