Abstract: A display device includes: a pixel unit including a pixel connected to a data line; a data driver which supplies a sensing reference voltage to the data line during a sensing period, and supplies a data signal to the data line during a display period; and a sensing unit which receives a sensing current corresponding to the sensing reference voltage during the sensing period, and generates correction data based on the supplied sensing current. The sensing unit includes a current integrator which outputs a sensing voltage based on the sensing current input thereto through a first input terminal and based on the sensing reference voltage input thereto through a second input terminal.

Abstract: An electrostatic discharge protection circuit including: a first electrostatic discharge diode including a cathode to receive a first voltage, and an anode connected to a sensing line; a first switching element to determine the first voltage as a precharging voltage applied to a source terminal of the driving transistor when a sensing operation is performed, and to determine the first voltage as a maximum voltage used in a display panel when the sensing operation is not performed; a second electrostatic discharge diode including a cathode connected to the sensing line, and an anode configured to receive a second voltage; and a second switching element configured to determine the second voltage as the precharging voltage when the sensing operation is performed, and to determine the second voltage as a minimum voltage used in the display panel when the sensing operation is not performed.

Abstract: A touch sensor includes sensing electrodes and a touch controller. The sensing electrodes are electrically separated from each other, the sensing electrodes including a first sensing electrode and a second sensing electrode. The touch controller is configured to provide driving signals to the sensing electrodes, to receive sensing signals from the sensing electrodes, and to determine a touch position based on the sensing signals. The touch controller is further configured to, in response to reception of a frequency increase signal including information about the first sensing electrode, set a frequency of a driving signal provided to the first sensing electrode as a first frequency, and to set a frequency of a driving signal provided to the second sensing electrode as a second frequency different than the first frequency.
