    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels, the display panel including a first display area and a second display area, a first image processor which receives a first image data to be provided to the first display area, convert the first image data to a first convert data, and generate a first compensation data provided to the first display area using a first average filter, and a second image processor which receives a second image data to be provided to the second display area, converts the second image data to a second convert data, and generates a second compensation data provided to the second display area using a second average filter.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel and a display image shift controller. The display panel includes a display area in which a display image is displayed and a shift area located within the display area. The display image shift controller generates a route shift signal, where a reference point of the display image is shifted in the shift area based on the route shift signal. The route shift signal includes first and second routes corresponding to a path through which the reference point of the display image is shifted. The first route includes a first sub-route and a second sub-route. The second route includes a third sub-route and a fourth sub-route. The first, second, third, and fourth sub-routes are different from each other.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, a plurality of sensors, a signal control unit, and a backlight unit. A plurality of dimming regions is defined in the display panel. The signal control unit determines a plurality of representative luminance values corresponding to the plurality of dimming regions based on image data signals received from an external device and illuminance values of an external light measured by the plurality of sensors. The backlight unit provides lights having the representative luminance values to the display panel.
