Abstract: A display panel is provided. The display panel includes a plurality of signal lines and a plurality of pixels disposed on a first substrate, wherein each pixel is connected to a corresponding signal line. Each pixel includes a first electrode and a second electrode configured to form an electric field with the first electrode, a first dielectric layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode, and a second dielectric layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first dielectric layer includes a ferroelectric material and the second dielectric layer includes a paraelectric material.
