    Abstract: A display device includes: a display panel having a display region in which a pixel is disposed and a non-display region in which a pad electrode is disposed; a driving part disposed on the display panel and having a bump electrode disposed to correspond to the pad electrode; and an adhesive layer in contact with the pad electrode and the bump electrode. The pad electrode includes: a first connection pattern containing a conductive material; an auxiliary pattern disposed on the first connection pattern, protruding toward the bump electrode, and containing an insulating material; and a second connection pattern, which contains a conductive material, of which a portion is disposed on the auxiliary pattern, and in which an opening that exposes a portion of the auxiliary pattern is defined, and the auxiliary pattern includes a tip portion more protruding toward the opening than the first connection pattern.

    Abstract: A display device includes a pixel, a signal line electrically connected to the pixel, and a signal pad connected to the signal line. The signal pad includes a first conductive pattern disposed on the pad part, a second conductive pattern disposed on the first conductive pattern, and an insulating pattern, which, in a cross-section, is disposed between the pad part of the signal line and the second conductive pattern, and in a plan view, overlaps the second conductive pattern. The insulating pattern passes through the first conductive pattern via an upper reinforcement hole defined in the first conductive pattern.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including first pads in a first row and second pads in a second row, a driving circuit board, a first connection circuit board including a first output portion on which first output pads bonded to the first pads of the display panel are disposed, a first input portion on which first input pads bonded to the driving circuit board are disposed, and a first protruding portion, and a second connection circuit board including a second output portion which overlap at least a portion of the first output portion and on which second output pads bonded to the second pads of the display panel are disposed, and a second input portion on which second input pads bonded to the driving circuit board are disposed. At least a portion of the first protruding portion is disposed on the second input portion.
