Abstract: A curved display device includes a display panel including a display area. The display panel sequentially includes first, second and third segments. The display panel is curved along a first direction with a first curvature radius in the second segment, and is either flat or curved in each of the first and third segments with a second curvature radius, different from the first curvature radius. Each ratio of the first and third segments to a sum of the first, second, and the third segments in length is about 1% to about 35%.

Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, a backlight unit, a support member, a protection member and a spacing member. The backlight unit includes a printed circuit board on which light emitting blocks are mounted and a light guide.
