Abstract: A display device and a manufacturing method thereof, and a display device including: a substrate including a display area, an opening area positioned in the display area, and a peripheral area positioned between the opening area and the display area; a transistor positioned in the display area of the substrate; a first electrode connected to the transistor; a second electrode positioned on the first electrode; an inorganic pattern portion positioned in the peripheral area of the substrate; and an intermediate layer positioned between the first electrode and the second electrode, and including at least one organic layer positioned on the inorganic pattern portion. The inorganic pattern portion includes a plurality of inorganic patterns spaced apart from each other.

Abstract: A display device comprises a substrate, a pixel electrode, a common electrode, an intermediate layer, a semiconductor layer, a metal layer, and an organic layer. The substrate includes an opening area, a peripheral area surrounding the opening area, and a display area surrounding the peripheral area. The pixel electrode overlaps the display area. The common electrode overlaps the pixel electrode. The intermediate layer is disposed between the pixel electrode and the common electrode and includes a light emitting layer and a functional layer. The semiconductor layer overlaps the peripheral area and is spaced from the display area. The metal layer overlaps the semiconductor layer. The organic layer is disposed between the semiconductor layer and the metal layer. The common electrode, the functional layer, and the metal layer respectively have a first opening, a second opening, a third opening overlapping each other and overlapping the semiconductor layer.

Abstract: According to an embodiment of the disclosure, a display device is provided. The display device includes a substrate, and a light emitting element layer on the substrate and including an anode electrode portion, a cathode electrode portion, a light emitting structure electrically connected between the anode electrode portion and the cathode electrode portion, and a pixel defining layer. The light emitting structure includes a first light emitting structure included in a first sub-pixel and a second light emitting structure included in a second sub-pixel adjacent to the first sub-pixel. The pixel defining layer is between the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel and includes a separating structure between the first light emitting structure and the second light emitting structure. The cathode electrode portion includes a first cathode electrode including an opaque conductive material and a second cathode electrode including a transparent conductive material.
