Abstract: A flexible cable includes a base film including an insulation material; a plurality of conductive lines on a first surface of the base film and spaced apart from one another; a cover film on the first surface of the base film and overlapping the conductive lines; and a handling member on a second surface of the base film opposite to the first surface. A first portion of the handling member is rounded and a second portion of the handling member is bonded to the base film.
