Abstract: Provided is an all-in-one device. The all-in-one device has first, second and third regions that can perform different functions. The all-in-one device includes an upper electrode disposed in each of the first through third regions, a lower electrode disposed in each of the first through third regions to face the upper electrode, a first diaphragm disposed in each of the first through third regions and positioned between the upper electrode and the lower electrode, a first spacer disposed in at least two of the first through third regions to electrically insulate the first diaphragm from the upper electrode, second spacers respectively disposed in the second and third regions, the second spacers each disposed on the lower electrode, and diaphragm electrodes disposed in the second and third regions between the respective second spacers and the first diaphragm.
