Abstract: An inventory management method for managing warehouse inventory and in-store inventory in real time. An inventory management apparatus is able to calculate inventory based on received inventory information and identification information of small electronic labels assigned to products. By generating an image frame, which includes the inventory information, and transmitting the image frame through a gateway to an electronic label, the inventory management apparatus allows the electronic label to display the image frame. The inventory management method and apparatus allows a location of a product to be informed in real time, so that a product ready to be run out inside a store may be replenished immediately.
