Abstract: A display apparatus includes a front casing and a rear casing, a CRT coupled to the front casing and mounted with a degaussing coil, and a main board disposed adjacent to the CRT to transmit electrical signals to the CRT. A base frame receives therein the main board. A frame supporting part, which is positioned in a rear part of the front casing, supports the base frame so as to have an upward angle of inclination in a backward direction. With this configuration, a display apparatus has a visual volume that is reduced to a minimum and the assembly is prevented from tipping forward in the assembling processes.
