Abstract: A monitor apparatus having a monitor main body, and a base member to support the monitor main body includes a stand member placed between the monitor main body and the base member, a base hinge to connect the stand member to the base member, so that the stand member is rotated relative to the base member and folded, and a rotation control unit to prevent and allow a rotation of the stand member relative to the base member.
