Abstract: Provided are a medical imaging device and a medical image processing method. A medical imaging device includes a data obtainer configured to obtain raw data by performing computed tomography (CT) imaging on an object; a processor configured to set a plurality of regions based on the raw data or an image generated from the raw data, determine at least one reconstruction processing method for each of the plurality of regions, and reconstruct a CT image by applying the determined at least one reconstruction processing method to each of the plurality of regions; and a display displaying the reconstructed CT image.
