Abstract: A method and system for audio channel setup for an electronic device connected with one or more external electronic devices is provided. The method includes configuring audio channel information for the electronic device and the one or more external electronic devices, determining whether a master device is changed between the electronic device and one or more external electronic devices, and sending, when the master device is changed, the configured audio channel information to a new master device.
