    Abstract: An electronic device and a control method thereof is provided. The electronic device control method may include receiving audio data and data on the audio data including a presentation time stamp information indicating when the audio data is required to be output, and a time stamp information of an external device; synchronizing a system time of the electronic device with a system time of the external device by using the time stamp information of the electronic device and of the external device; storing the audio data in a buffer based on the system time of the electronic device and the presentation time stamp information; outputting the audio data stored in the buffer by a first audio clock through a speaker of the electronic device; and changing the first audio clock by comparing the audio data stored in the buffer with a predetermined buffer amount.

    Abstract: A sound outputting apparatus is provided. The sound outputting apparatus includes: a main body; and a loudspeaker accommodated in the main body. The loudspeaker includes: a vibration member configured to generate sound waves; and a sound guide having a first end connected to the vibration member, a second end having an open structure, a first surface between the first end and the second end, and a plurality of openings formed through the first surface along a longitudinal direction of the sound guide. The plurality of openings increase in size as distance from the vibration member increases.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a transmission device, a reception device, and a control method. The transmission device comprises: a communication interface comprising circuitry and at least one processor, comprising processing circuitry, wherein at least one processor, individually and/or collectively, is configured to: from among audio signals of a plurality of channels including a left channel, a sub-left channel, a right channel, a sub-right channel, and a woofer channel, separates the audio signals of the sub-left channel and the sub-right channel into a high-pass audio signal and a low-pass audio signal, respectively, on the basis of a frequency band; mixes the high-pass audio signal of the sub-left channel and the high-pass audio signal of the sub-right channel with the audio signal of the woofer channel; mixes the low-pass audio signal of the sub-left channel with the audio signal of the left channel; mixes the low-pass audio signal of the sub-right channel with the audio signal of the right channel; and control the communication interface to transmit the audio signals of the mixed woofer channel, the mixed left channel, and the mixed right channel to the reception device.
