    Abstract: A device, such as a UE, and a Transmit and Receive Point (TRP) in a High-Speed Train-Single Frequency Network (HST-SFN) are disclosed that provide network-assisted frequency-offset compensation for the device. The device includes a receiver that receives a first reference signal and a second reference signal sent over a wireless network from a first TRP. The first reference signal corresponds to a QCL RS of the second reference signal. The device receiver determines delay-spread and average-delay information for a path between the first TRP to the device based on the first reference signal. The device receiver further receives a third reference signal from a second TRP that includes Doppler-shift and Doppler-spread information, and corresponds to a QCL RS of a fourth reference signal transmitted from the second TRP or corresponds to the second reference signal transmitted in a SFN manner from the first TRP.

    Abstract: Disclosed are systems and methods for enhancing sounding resource signal (SRS) communications. In some embodiments, power control parameters and/or spatial relation information is determined prior to transmissions of the SRS signal. The determination may include a dynamic determination or a selection of a power control parameter set from a plurality of power control parameter sets. In some embodiments, cross-SRS interference is reduced when multiple transmissions utilize a same resource by applying orthogonal cover codes (OCC) to the resources prior to transmission.

    Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for joint transmission in a UTCI framework, the method includes sending, by a user equipment (UE), a first transmission including information indicating a capability of per resource set for a first feature associated with a unified transmission-configuration-indicator (UTCI) scheme, the capability of per resource set indicating that the UE is capable of associating channel-state-information reference-signal (CSI-RS) resources with transmission-configuration-indicator (TCI) states at a resource-set level, wherein the UE is configured to support a joint transmission, and wherein the first feature indicates that the UE is capable of supporting per aperiodic CSI-RS resource configuration for TCI selection, or per aperiodic CSI-RS resource-set configuration for TCI selection.
