Abstract: An electronic device includes a camera module, a communication module which detects one or more wireless communication devices located in a predetermined distance from the electronic device, and receives, from the one or more detected wireless communication devices, an identification code set in each of the one or more detected wireless communication devices, and a processor which receives a user profile from a corresponding wireless communication device of the one or more detected wireless communication devices in response to an identification code of the corresponding wireless communication device, which is retrieved from a pre-stored tag database, and applies a visual effect to an image captured by the camera module based on the received user profile.
