Abstract: A method and user equipment for transmitting a sounding reference signal (SRS) of a user equipment in a wireless communication system are provided. The method includes calculating an SRS transmission count based on at least one of a numerology, an SRS periodicity, a number of SRS symbols, and an SRS repetition factor, and transmitting the SRS based on the SRS transmission count.
