Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a memory that is configured to store subscriber identity module (SIM) information corresponding to a communications service provider that provides a network. The SIM information is received, via the network, from an external device. A processor-implemented manager module is operatively connected to the memory and is configured to change, based on at least the SIM information, at least a part of a user interface to be displayed through a display operatively connected to the electronic device.
