Abstract: A portable device and an image displaying method thereof are provided. An method of displaying images in a portable device includes displaying a plurality of text blocks and at least one multimedia block when the portable device is in a first display mode, and arranging and displaying the plurality of text blocks and the at least one multimedia block in a second display mode, wherein the arrangement is determined based on distances between the plurality of text blocks and the at least one multimedia block as displayed in the first display mode.
