Abstract: An electronic device that responds to the fatigue degree of user's eyes, and a display control method of the electronic device are provided. An operation method of the electronic device includes detecting an operation event, tracking a state of a user and a state of the electronic device in response to the operation event, changing an operation associated with displaying a screen in the electronic device based on a result of tracking and outputting a result corresponding to the changed option.
