Abstract: Apparatus for improving the reception sensitivity of a portable terminal includes: a peripheral body combined with a main body; a main circuit board mounted to the peripheral body and providing a connection terminal; an antenna formed on the main circuit board; a module arranged to be adjacent to the antenna; and a ground portion installed between the module and the peripheral body, for conducting noise which has been induced into the antenna, into the peripheral body by conducting current through the module and the peripheral body.
