Abstract: The present invention relates to the transmission of traffic in a mobile communication system and, more particularly, to a method and device for transmitting traffic in consideration of a quality of service (QoS) characteristic of the traffic. The purpose of the present invention is to efficiently provide a QoS differentiated according to traffic in consideration of a traffic type and a content provider in a network congestion situation of the mobile communication system.
