The OLED display includes: a substrate; pixel electrodes disposed on the substrate; a pixel defining layer disposed on the substrate, having a plurality of openings that expose the pixel electrodes; an organic emission layer formed on the pixel electrodes; and a common electrode formed on the organic emission layer and the pixel defining layer. An electrode cut is formed in the common electrode, around one of the openings of the pixel defining layer, to electrically isolate a portion of the common electrode.

    摘要: A structure is disclosed for repairing a defective pixel of an organic light emitting display device of which a defect pixel is repaired. An organic light emitting diode includes a first electrode, a light emitting layer formed on a light emitting region of the first electrode, and a second electrode formed on the light emitting layer. The first electrode and the second electrode are conductively coupled to each other for preventing the organic light emitting diode from emitting light, for example, by irradiating a laser on a portion of the second electrode to cause a short-circuit between the first electrode and the second electrode.
