摘要： An image forming apparatus for printing an image of print data includes a generating unit to analyze the print data to generate rendering command data, which includes rendering commands regarding rendering objects for each page, a storing unit to store the rendering command data, and a plurality of rendering processing units to read the rendering command data to execute the rendering commands associated with respective rendering blocks to perform rendering, wherein, upon completing rendering of a first rendering block, a first one of the rendering processing units sends a notice of completion to a second one of the rendering processing units that is performing rendering of a second rendering block, and wherein, in response to the notice, the second one of the rendering processing units divides the second rendering block, and requests the first one of the rendering processing units to perform rendering of part of the second rendering block.

The circuitry is configured to execute: receiving the print target data from the information processing apparatus; receiving a history of pieces of job information corresponding to user identification information corresponding to the target data from the storage; estimating, based on the history, a type of a PDL to which the target data is converted; generating PDL data by converting the target data to the PDL of which the type is estimated; transmitting the PDL data to the image forming apparatus when the estimated PDL is available for the image forming apparatus; and selecting, when the estimated PDL is not available for the image forming apparatus, a PDL available for the image forming apparatus and re-converting the print target data to the selected PDL.

摘要： An information processing system includes a terminal device, one or more image forming apparatuses communicably connected to the terminal device using short-distance wireless communication, and an information processing apparatus to provide a service that is in cooperation with a print service provided by an external printing system. The terminal device receives an operation of selecting one image forming apparatus from among the one or more image forming apparatuses and transmits, to the external printing system, a print request including an apparatus identifier identifying the selected image forming apparatus. The information processing apparatus acquires a print job generated by the external printing system based on the print request transmitted from the terminal device, stores the acquired print job in a memory, and transmits the print job stored in the memory to the selected image forming apparatus in response to a request transmitted from the selected image forming apparatus.
