    摘要: A speaker includes a magnetic circuit, frame, diaphragm, voice coil, and terminals. The frame has an opening and is coupled to the magnetic circuit, and includes a resin portion. The diaphragm is coupled to a rim of the opening of the frame. The voice coil includes lead wires and is coupled to the diaphragm, and a part of the voice coil is disposed at a magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit. The terminals are coupled to the frame by insert-molding. An outer shape formed of the frame and the terminals is one of a rectangle or a square. The resin portion of the frame has cut-away sections at corners of its outer shape.The terminals include protruding sections protruding from the cut-away sections, and the lead wires of the voice coil are connected to the protruding sections.

    摘要: In a loud speaker, the diaphragm has a protruded part protruding on a yoke side on the inside and in the vicinity of an inner coupling part as a coupled portion to a voice coil. The loud speaker can be manufactured with the voice coil accurately positioned with respect to a diaphragm, and the voice coil is accurately vibrated vertically inside a magnetic gap. The possibility of the voice coil coming into contact with a plate and a yoke as a magnetic circuit body of the loud speaker can be reduced, thereby to improve production efficiency and a yield at the time of manufacturing the loud speaker.

    摘要: In a loud speaker, the diaphragm has a protruded part protruding on a yoke side on the inside and in the vicinity of an inner coupling part as a coupled portion to a voice coil.     摘要: A speaker comprising a first rod magnet having a longitudinal direction, a second rod magnet having a longitudinal direction parallel with the longitudinal direction of the first rod magnet, a third rod magnet forming a second magnetic gap between it and the first rod magnet, a diaphragm vibrating in the vibrating direction, a housing for storing the first rod magnet, the second rod magnet, the third rod magnet and the diaphragm, and voice coils bonded to the diaphragm and arranged in first and second magnetic gaps. The second rod magnet has a longitudinal direction parallel with the longitudinal direction of the first rod magnet, and has the opposite end faces in the longitudinal direction. The third rod magnet has a longitudinal direction parallel with the longitudinal direction of the first rod magnet, and has the opposite end faces in the longitudinal direction. The diaphragm is located between the first and second rod magnets and between the first and third rod magnets. The housing forms a first space surrounded by one of the opposite end faces of the second rod magnet and one of the opposite end faces of the third rod magnet, and forms a second space surrounded by the other of the opposite end faces of the second rod magnet and the other of the opposite end faces of the third rod magnet. The housing is composed of a nonmagnetic body and supports the outer circumference of the diaphragm. First and second sound radiating holes respectively facing the first and second spaces are formed in the housing. This speaker is thin and can deliver big sound.

    摘要: An electro-acoustic transducer includes a tone generator, a vibrator, and a case. The tone generator includes a diaphragm, and a voice coil joined to the diaphragm. The vibrator includes a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap at which the voice coil is positioned, and a suspension made of metal and having a first end joined to the magnetic circuit to suspend the magnetic circuit for allowing the magnetic circuit to vibrate. The case is joined to a periphery of the diaphragm, and includes a metal plate joined to a second end of the suspension. The metal plate is joined to the suspensions reliably, hence allowing the electro-acoustic transducer to be manufactured stably.

    摘要: An electro-acoustic transducer includes a tone generator, a vibrator, and a case. The tone generator includes a diaphragm, and a voice coil joined to the diaphragm. The vibrator includes a magnetic circuit having a magnetic gap at which the voice coil is positioned, and a suspension made of metal and having a first end joined to the magnetic circuit to suspend the magnetic circuit for allowing the magnetic circuit to vibrate. The case is joined to a periphery of the diaphragm, and includes a metal plate joined to a second end of the suspension. The metal plate is joined to the suspensions reliably, hence allowing the electro-acoustic transducer to be manufactured stably.

The magnets disposed at both sides are magnetized so that their opposing poles exhibit the same magnetic polarity. The magnet in the middle has its magnetic poles in the direction perpendicular to the line connecting the poles of the side magnets. The side magnets are fixed to a plate made of non-magnetic material. Those magnetic poles of the side magnets and the middle magnet not facing the magnetic gaps are magnetically coupled by a magnetic member.
