摘要： A home key of a mobile device is utilized to activate a map object displayed in a virtual template area of the mobile device. The virtual template area is available on a display of the mobile device. The home key is utilized to set the home key as an object home for a user-defined starting place on the map object. Upon the object home being activated, the object home returns to the user-defined starting place on the map object.

摘要： Systems and methods are provided wherein an incoming plain old telephone systems (PSTN) signal is input into a network conversion interface. The network conversion interface first determines the data type of the incoming signal. Next, the network conversion interface creates a routing sequence of the incoming signal based on the determined data type. Finally, the network conversion interface converts the incoming signal into an 802.X format and sends the signal to an appropriate IP device based on the determined signal type. Should the network conversion interface lose electrical power, a drop contactor routes the incoming signal directly to an analog device without creating a routing sequence or performing an 802.X conversion.

摘要： An intermediary system that seamlessly evolves the 2G/2.5G storage mediums to the 3G entities (e.g., a logical HSS) and provides subscriber data to 3G services such as IMS, from legacy data sources. An Intermediary Query Manager (IQM) is provided that functions as intermediary/broker system, and supports defined standard 3GPP interfaces specific to the IMS system (utilizing the existing storage medium servicing the PS domain) and also allows the continued support of the 2G/2.5G interfaces to 2G HLRs (servicing the CS domain). The IQM provides the capability to leverage usage of the current subscriber databases without requiring extraordinary efforts to migrate subscriber information to a new dedicated HSS element. The IQM provides data from multiple sources and processes requests necessary to fulfill these requests. The IQM can look like a MSC (Mobile Switching Center), VLR (Visitor Location Register), and/or SCP (Service Control Point) to the HLRs depending on the type of queries.
