摘要： A lower end cap for a scroll compressor includes a plurality of generally u-shaped surfaces, wherein the u-shaped surfaces have circumferentially spaced gaps. The gaps provide a location for mounting a weld seam from the center shell. The gaps are preferably machined at an outer periphery to provide a guiding surface for the center shell.
